Refrigeration is achieved through a fully enclosed compressor-based mechanical system, featuring plate heat exchangers, expansion valves and pressure protectors to satisfy cooling requirements. For heating, electric heating tubes warm the circulating fluid, which is then pumped via the built-in circulation pump and external piping to the interlayer of paired reactor equipment, indirectly cooling or heating the reactor’s internal materials.
For external circulation operation, connect the unit’s upper outlet pipeline to the reactor’s lower inlet port. The circulating fluid will then flow back from the reactor’s upper circulation port to the unit’s lower return port, forming a complete closed circulation loop.
Rapid switching between heating and cooling modes is supported, with a single compatible medium—high and low temperature silicone oil—removing the need for medium replacement during operation.
The entire liquid circulation loop is fully sealed and includes an insulated expansion vessel. This vessel is mechanically linked to the loop but does not participate in circulation, maintaining its internal medium temperature below 60°C regardless of the loop’s operating temperature. This design prevents water vapor absorption at low temperatures and oil mist formation at high temperatures.

4. A built-in USB interface provides data download functionality, allowing users to save and archive data related to completed tests or reactions for future reference and analysis.
5. Over-temperature protection is included to prevent equipment malfunction; the unit will automatically power off if the maximum temperature limit is exceeded, avoiding potential damage.
6. Comprehensive power supply protection covers three scenarios: (1) phase loss, (2) incorrect live wire phase, (3) overvoltage or undervoltage (display error code E-01).
7. Compressor overheating protection activates when the compressor reaches its temperature limit, shutting down the compressor and displaying error code E-02.
8. Water-cooled models include water flow and low water pressure protection, with error code E-03 displayed when triggered.
9. Sensor protection is integrated, with error code E-04 displayed in the event of a sensor fault.
Note:
(1) The total length of oil pipes connecting the unit to the reactor must not exceed 4 meters (2 meters for the supply pipe, 2 meters for the return pipe). Exceeding this length may cause damage to the glass reactor body.
(2) The unit’s temperature rise and fall rate is affected by ambient environmental conditions, with a recommended maximum ambient temperature of 30°C.
(3) The explosion-proof model is required for regions with high humidity (humidity >50%), such as southern areas.
(4) Oil circuit connections between the unit and the reactor must follow the “low inlet, high outlet” configuration.
