Jacketed glass reaction vessels are engineered for the synthesis of diverse materials within temperature- and vacuum-controlled environments. Serving as an integrated solution, these vessels support extraction, refinement, distillation, and homogenization processes. Constructed with an inner vessel paired with one or two jackets, the reactor leverages temperature differentials generated by a chiller to adjust its internal operating conditions. Designed to function under vacuum, it is ideally suited for applications sensitive to atmospheric exposure. Available in glass construction, these reactors come in volumes spanning from 1L to 200L.

3. The complete glassware assembly is constructed from GG3.3 borosilicate glass, providing excellent resistance to heat, cold, and corrosion.
4. Equipped with a PT100 temperature sensor paired with an LCD screen, enabling more precise temperature measurement and intuitive operation.
5. Durable stainless steel-reinforced PTFE stirrer with an anchored agitator, suitable for processing a variety of viscous materials. Multi-layer stirring blades are available as an optional upgrade.
6. Incorporates a frequency-controlled AC induction motor that maintains constant speed, operates brushlessly and spark-free, ensuring safe, stable, and continuous operation.
7. Sturdy heavy-duty stainless steel support frame with lockable casters, balancing easy mobility and stable placement. (The entire support structure and glass vessel are shipped pre-assembled.)
8. Bottom flange discharge port fitted with a PTFE valve, secured by aluminum flange components.
