10kg Centrifugal Spray Dryer: Rapid Drying for Thermally-Sensitive Materials

The LPG-10 spray dryer is a specialized drying system optimized for low-temperature, high-viscosity liquid materials, refined through multiple iterations based on leading domestic and international spray dryer designs. Its operational process unfolds as follows: filtered cold air passes through a heater to reach a specified temperature, then enters the air distributor at the top of the spray tower, where it flows spirally toward the tower’s base. Meanwhile, the target liquid is pumped to the centrifugal atomizer atop the tower, which breaks the liquid into extremely fine mist droplets. These droplets come into parallel contact with the hot air, enabling full heat exchange; moisture is rapidly vaporized, resulting in instant drying into finished powder. The end product is separated and discharged via a cyclone separator, while exhaust steam is expelled by an induced draft fan.
