As a recirculating chiller-heater system, this unit integrates cooling, heating, and recirculation capabilities, consisting of a refrigeration module, heating module, recirculation system, and control system.
The refrigeration segment relies on a fully enclosed compressor for mechanical cooling, paired with plate heat exchangers, expansion valves, and pressure protectors to meet all cooling requirements.
Electric heating tubes are employed in the heating segment to warm the circulating fluid. Via an integrated circulation pump and external piping, the coolant or heat transfer medium is delivered to the jacket of supporting equipment, enabling indirect cooling and heating of reactor contents.
For external circulation operation, connect the unit’s upper outlet pipe to the lower inlet of the reactor vessel; the circulating fluid will then return to the unit’s lower return port via the vessel’s upper circulation port, forming a complete closed recirculation loop.
