description

The refrigeration function of this high and low temperature circulator relies on a fully hermetic compressor for mechanical refrigeration, integrated with a plate heat exchanger, expansion valve and pressure protector to fulfill cooling requirements. For heating operations, an electric heating tube is employed to heat the circulating fluid.

Refrigerant or heat transfer fluid is delivered to the interlayer of supporting equipment via an internal circulation pump and external circulation pipelines, enabling indirect cooling and heating of materials inside the reactor. During external circulation, connect the upper outlet pipeline to the lower inlet of the reactor vessel; the circulating fluid then returns from the upper circulation port of the reactor to the lower return port of the unit, forming a closed, complete circulation loop.

Rapid switching between heating and cooling modes is supported, with a single medium—high and low temperature silicone oil—used for both processes. This eliminates the need to switch media and addresses the inefficiency of requiring two separate instruments for heating and cooling operations as in traditional setups.

The entire liquid circulation loop is fully sealed and equipped with an expansion vessel. The expansion vessel is thermally insulated from the circulation loop, maintaining only a mechanical connection rather than participating in fluid circulation. Regardless of the circulation loop’s temperature, the medium inside the expansion vessel stays below 60°C, preventing water vapor absorption at low temperatures and oil mist generation at high temperatures.

Integrated PLC computer module enables connection to a host computer for remote operation, supporting multi-point continuous temperature control, segmented temperature control, and constant temperature modes. A single computer can control multiple high and low temperature units, significantly enhancing operational convenience and work efficiency.

2. Standard temperature control accuracy is ±1℃; an external sensor can be connected to achieve a temperature difference accuracy of ±0.5℃.

3. Equipped with a USB port for data download functionality, allowing users to save and store data associated with completed tests or reactions, which can serve as reference data for future experiments.

4. All units are fitted with imported fully enclosed compressors sourced from France and Denmark.

5. Over-temperature limit protection prevents equipment malfunction; the unit automatically powers off if the temperature exceeds the set maximum threshold, protecting against heat-induced damage.

6. Comprehensive power supply protection covers three scenarios: phase loss, incorrect live wire connection, and overvoltage/undervoltage conditions, with error code E-01 displayed for these issues.

7. Compressor overheating protection triggers automatic shutdown when the compressor reaches its thermal tolerance limit, with error code E-O2 displayed to alert users.

8. Water-cooled models include water flow and low water pressure protection mechanisms, with error code E-03 displayed if either issue occurs.

9. Sensor failure protection is integrated, with error code E-04 displayed to indicate sensor-related anomalies.

Note:

(1) When connecting the high and low temperature circulator to the reactor’s oil pipes, the total length of the supply and return pipes should not exceed 4 meters (2 meters each). Exceeding this length risks cracking the reactor’s glass vessel.

(2) The temperature ramp-up and ramp-down rates of the unit are affected by the surrounding environment; the optimal ambient temperature range is up to 30℃.

(3) In high-humidity environments (humidity>50%), explosion-proof models are recommended.

(4) Both the high and low temperature circulator and reactor oil circuit connections should follow the “low inlet, high outlet” configuration.
