The GZLY-10 pharmaceutical freeze dryer is engineered for use in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. It accommodates freeze-drying of both bulk materials (liquid, paste, solid) and vial-based formulations. For vial processing, materials are loaded into unsealed vials prior to initiating freeze-drying. Post-drying, an integrated capping mechanism secures vial lids tightly, preventing secondary contamination, moisture reabsorption and enabling extended product storage.
