Constructed with three glass layers forming dual interlayers, this three-layer jacketed glass reactor offers efficient stirring functionality and accurate control over reaction solution evaporation and reflux. The inner jacket is designed for heating or cooling operations, while the outer jacket supports vacuum application—this dual-jacket structure effectively maintains the required heating or cooling temperature of materials inside the kettle under outer-layer vacuum conditions. Following reaction completion, materials can be discharged through the PTFE outlet valve at the bottom of the kettle.

1. Triple-Layer Vessel Body: Fabricated from GG17 high borosilicate glass with excellent chemical and physical stability, supporting an extensive temperature range from -80℃ to 250℃;

2. Precision Mechanical Seal: Utilizes a dynamic-static ring combination for internal sealing, delivering exceptional wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and reliable sealing performance;

3. PTFE Discharge Valve: Adopts a top-up oblique discharge design with a PTFE valve core, ensuring zero contamination and corrosion resistance;

4. Stainless Steel Clamp Connection: The kettle body and cover are joined via stainless steel clamps, enabling fast and effortless disassembly;

5. Threaded Circulating Medium Ports: Features screw-type interfaces for convenient connection to temperature control equipment;

6. Explosion-Proof Configuration: Equipped with an explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof frequency converter for use in hazardous operational environments;
