6. Constructed with imported lightweight high-purity alumina ceramic, the furnace chamber boasts high hardness, resists high-temperature shedding and volatilization during sintering, complies with global industry standards, and ensures eco-friendly, safe operation.

7. Features rapid, freely adjustable heating rates, uniform temperature distribution, integrated temperature compensation and correction capabilities for safe, highly efficient operation.

8. Incorporates an intelligent PID temperature controller that supports customizable heating curves and up to 30 programmable temperature segments.

9. After configuring program parameters, simply press the start button to initiate fully automated heat treatment cycles.

10. Optional large-screen paperless recorder or RS232 communication interface enables real-time heating curve recording; experimental data can be analyzed and printed via a memory card.
