1. Equipped with an intelligent PID temperature controller, this furnace allows users to program temperature ramp curves and set up to 30 programmable segments.

2. High-quality silicon carbide rods are adopted as heating elements, offering high load capacity, stable performance and extended service life; symmetrically arranged on both sides of the furnace chamber, they ensure a uniform temperature field.

3. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported lightweight high-purity alumina ceramic material, which boasts high hardness, no high-temperature shedding, no volatilization during high-temperature sintering, and complies with international industry standards for environmental safety.

4. Features fast heating speed, uniform temperature distribution, plus temperature compensation and correction functions for safe, efficient operation.

5. An air circuit breaker is integrated into the equipment, which trips automatically in case of short circuit or electric leakage, safeguarding both the furnace and operator safety.

6. Audible and visual alarm signals will be triggered, with automatic protective actions activated, in the event of over-temperature or heater disconnection during operation.

7. During operation, the furnace emits an alarm signal and executes automatic protective measures if over-temperature occurs.

8. Once the instrument program is set, simply press the run button to initiate automatic completion of all subsequent processes.

9. The external chiller features a closed automatic circulation system, which effectively cools the furnace body and dissipates heat to ensure stable, continuous operation.

10. Optional accessories include a large-screen paperless recorder or RS232 communication interface for real-time heating curve recording; experimental data can be analyzed and printed via a memory card.

11. Boasting an integrated structure and sleek exterior design, the furnace presents an aesthetically pleasing and professional appearance.
