Primarily utilized in research facilities requiring precise gas ratio control to replicate in vivo environments, the tri-gas incubator supports diverse applications including cell dynamics studies, mammalian cell secretion collection, carcinogenic/toxicological research of physicochemical factors, antigen R&D and production, hybridoma cell culture for antibody production, in vitro fertilization (IVF), stem cell research, tissue engineering and drug screening. Equipped with rapid temperature and gas ratio recovery capabilities, this instrument is critical for maintaining stable culture conditions.

All temperature detection relies on imported PT100 resistance temperature sensors with stable performance and excellent linearity. Independent jacket temperature control (covering five sides) and door temperature control work in tandem to synthesize the studio temperature with high accuracy.

An IR infrared sensor is utilized for CO2 concentration measurement, calculating CO2 levels without mechanical wear during operation. This sensor boasts fast response speed, high reliability, good stability and an extended service life.

An imported electrochemical oxygen sensor is used for O2 concentration detection, characterized by excellent linearity, precise measurement, long service life and full ability to meet user demands.

When O2 concentration is below 19.8%, high-purity N2 and CO2 gases are introduced to ensure the accuracy of both CO2 and O2 concentrations.

When O2 concentration exceeds 23%, high-purity O2 and CO2 gases are supplied to maintain the accuracy of CO2 and O2 concentrations.

The chamber adopts a gentle air circulation mode that mimics natural convection, shortening the recovery time of temperature, humidity, O2 and CO2 concentrations while ensuring uniform distribution of these parameters.

A dedicated door temperature control system minimizes the impact of ambient temperature changes on the chamber’s constant temperature control.

Temperature and gas concentration values are digitally displayed for intuitive, clear and precise monitoring.

Multiple protection functions are integrated: when the displayed temperature exceeds the preset value, all heating power is automatically cut off. An independent over-temperature relay protection function is also included to prevent temperature from exceeding the preset limit.

Upon opening the chamber door, the solenoid valve automatically closes and gentle air circulation stops immediately, reducing gas consumption and minimizing contamination from external air entering the chamber.

Humidification is achieved via natural evaporation from a water pan, reaching up to 95% humidity. The pan is made of 304 stainless steel with an arc-shaped design for easy cleaning.

Integrated UV lamp sterilization system offers flexible control and short operation cycles for efficient disinfection.
