Integrated with an electric constant-speed stirring system, along with condensation and dripping assemblies, the reactor’s kettle body interlayer requires external heating or refrigeration circulation equipment. During material stirring, circulating hot solutions or cooling liquids are pumped through the interlayer to maintain precise constant-temperature heating or cooling of kettle contents. For heating reactions, connecting a vacuum device enhances evaporation efficiency. Solvent vapor is condensed into liquid via the glass condensation coil (requires a connected cooling device), and can either flow back into the kettle or be recovered via the valve beneath the head through a reflux elbow. Post-reaction, materials are discharged through the kettle’s bottom side outlet.
To function as a complete operational system, this reactor series must be paired with vacuum devices, high-temperature or low-temperature circulation units, and compatible auxiliary equipment.

1. All material-wetted components are constructed from high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene, offering exceptional chemical stability and non-reactivity with process materials.

3. Features a crescent-shaped stirring paddle with 304 stainless steel + PTFE blades; the stirring rod consists of a 304 stainless steel core encased in a PTFE tube.
4. The stirring system is fitted with double bearings and double skeleton oil seals for enhanced durability and operational stability.
5. Glass + PTFE discharge valve enables side discharge with no residual liquid accumulation.
6. A vacuum pressure gauge provides real-time vacuum level monitoring via clear pointer display.
7. The base frame is constructed from aluminum alloy + stainless steel for robust, corrosion-resistant support.
8. Equipped with fuse protection and overload safeguards to ensure operational safety.
