Featuring a double-layer stainless steel construction, this reactor houses the reaction solvent in its inner chamber for stirred reactions, while the jacket can be connected to various cooling or heating sources—such as refrigeration fluids, hot water, or thermal oil—to enable cyclic heating or cooling operations. Operable at a set constant temperature within a sealed stainless steel vessel, it supports reactions under normal or negative pressure, and allows for reflux and distillation of reaction solutions. This makes it an optimal pilot and production tool for modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceutical facilities, and new material synthesis applications.

The entire unit is constructed from SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel, providing excellent chemical stability and mechanical strength.

Equipped with an eight-port reactor lid, the extra-large opening facilitates effortless cleaning, while standard port sockets allow for optional integration of reflux and distillation synthesis setups.

The jacketed interface supports connection to thermal oil for cyclic heating reactions, as well as to refrigerant fluids for low-temperature reaction operations.

Room-temperature reactions are supported, with reaction heat rapidly dissipable via circulating tap water through the jacket.

Features variable frequency speed control paired with an AC induction motor, delivering constant speed operation without brushes or sparks for safe, stable, and continuous performance.

A stainless steel ball valve at the lower discharge port ensures no dead zones within the vessel; it is removable to simplify the discharge of solid materials.
