Engineered with a double-layer stainless steel construction, this reactor holds reaction solvents in its inner chamber for stirred reactions, while the interlayer can be connected to various cold and heat sources (refrigeration liquids, hot water or hot oil) to enable cyclic heating or cooling operations. Under preset constant temperature conditions, stirred reactions can be performed under normal or negative pressure within the sealed stainless steel vessel, with support for reflux and distillation of reaction solutions. It serves as ideal pilot and production equipment for modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceutical facilities and new material synthesis projects.

Constructed entirely from SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel, the reactor exhibits excellent chemical and physical stability.

Its interlayer port can be connected to hot oil for cyclic heating reactions or refrigeration fluids for low-temperature reaction processes.

Equipped with a variable-frequency speed regulation AC induction motor, the system maintains constant speed, brushless operation, spark-free performance, and enables safe, stable, continuous operation.

Features an eight-port reactor lid with an extra-large opening for simplified cleaning, and standard port sockets that support optional assembly of reflux and distillation synthesis systems.

Boasts a stainless steel ball valve at its lower discharge port; the vessel has no dead spaces and the valve is removable to streamline solid material discharge.

Supports room-temperature reactions, with reaction heat efficiently dissipated via running tap water circulation.
