description

This jacketed stainless steel reactor features a double-layer stainless steel construction. The inner chamber holds the reaction solvent for stirred reactions, while the jacket can be connected to various cooling or heating sources (refrigeration liquid, hot water or hot oil) to enable cyclic heating or cooling reactions. Under predefined constant temperature conditions, stirred reactions can be conducted under atmospheric or negative pressure within the sealed vessel, with support for reaction solution reflux and distillation. It serves as ideal pilot and production equipment for modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceuticals, and new material synthesis.

features

Constructed entirely from SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel, which has excellent chemical and physical properties.

Equipped with variable-frequency speed regulation and an AC induction motor, ensuring constant speed, brushless, spark-free, safe, stable, and continuous operation.

The jacket interface can be connected to thermal oil for circulating heating reactions, or to refrigerant liquid for low-temperature reactions.

Features a six-port reactor lid with an extra-large opening for easy cleaning; standard port sockets allow optional assembly of reflux and distillation synthesis devices.

The bottom discharge port utilizes a stainless steel ball valve. The vessel has no dead spaces, and the valve is removable to facilitate discharge of solid materials.

Capable of room-temperature reactions, with reaction heat quickly removable via circulating tap water through the jacket.
