description

1. Integrated with an electric constant-speed stirring system and a condensation dripping system, this unit requires connection of the kettle body’s interlayer to external heating or cooling circulation equipment for precise temperature control.

2. During material stirring, the heating bath warms the kettle’s contents, significantly boosting evaporation efficiency when operating under vacuum conditions.

3. As solvent vapor traverses the glass condensing coil, it is cooled back to liquid form, which can either be recirculated into the kettle or collected via a recovery bottle.

4. Built upon standard reaction kettle design, this lift-and-rotate model enables the entire kettle lid and its upper components to be raised electrically. Once the stirring rod clears the kettle body, the kettle can be rotated 150° left via handwheel for direct material discharge and straightforward kettle cleaning.

1. The motor and variable frequency speed regulator’s aluminum housing are both explosion-proof, with cables routed through explosion-proof tubing to ensure operational safety in hazardous environments.

2. All wetted components are constructed from high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), delivering exceptional chemical stability, minimal reactivity with process materials, and simplified maintenance.

3. The stirring system incorporates ceramic bearings and mechanical seals, preventing stirring rod wear and chipping while providing high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, and reliable leak-tight sealing.

4. The kettle lid is fabricated from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), offering outstanding sealing performance, broad corrosion resistance, and excellent acid and alkali tolerance.

5. The kettle lid and its upper components feature electric lift functionality, while the kettle body can be rotated 150° to the left via handwheel, facilitating easy cleaning access and manual material handling.

6. The low-speed booster motor supports variable frequency speed regulation, with precise knob-controlled fine-tuning. The dual-display control box digitally shows stirring speed and in-kettle material temperature, ensuring stable performance, intuitive operation, and clear data visualization.

7. Equipped with a glass + PTFE side discharge valve, the unit enables residue-free material discharge and rapid solution recovery without liquid accumulation.

8. A buffering system is integrated: after connecting the jacket’s inlet and outlet to stainless steel hoses secured to the frame, linking to external circulation pipes reduces fluid inlet/outlet pressure and prevents damage to the glass interlayer circulation port connections.

9. The main support frame combines square steel with anti-corrosion spray coating, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel, providing superior corrosion resistance, oxidation protection, aesthetic appeal, and long-term durability.

10. A PT100 temperature sensor is utilized, constructed with 304 stainless steel and a transparent PTFE sheath for dual-layer corrosion protection.

11. A vacuum pressure gauge provides real-time vacuum level indication via a clear pointer display for straightforward monitoring.

12. The crescent-shaped stirring paddle features 304 stainless steel + PTFE blades, while the stirring rod is crafted from 304 stainless steel with a PTFE coating, ensuring high structural strength and robust corrosion resistance.

13. Brake-equipped Fo ma universal wheels are mounted at the unit’s base, enabling full mobility and easy positioning for flexible operational setup.

14. High-performance fuse protection is integrated for both the stirring and lifting systems, enhancing operational safety and equipment longevity.
