This compact explosion-proof closed spray dryer is engineered specifically for pharmaceutical applications and processing organic solvents. It utilizes a circulating nitrogen inert gas medium in place of conventional air for spray drying operations. Beyond retrieving the target dried product, the system also enables the recovery of organic solvents. This closed-loop spray drying system is purpose-built for organic solvents that exhibit low flash points, mild toxicity, or flammable and explosive properties.

Equipped with the innovative (ES-VER2018-1A) atomization system, which employs a mechanical hard-contact structure without any gaskets, ensuring zero leakage. Unlike standard electric centrifugal nozzles—where superheated corrosive steam can contact nozzle wires for extended periods under positive pressure, leading to wire corrosion, insulation degradation, and short-circuiting—this system eliminates such risks.

Prevents oxidation, mitigates operational hazards, and enhances end-product quality;

Produces ultra-fine powder with a particle size range of 1-8 μm, making it suitable for battery material manufacturing;
