Engineered specifically for organic solvent processing, this closed-loop spray drying system employs a circulating nitrogen inert gas medium in place of conventional air. It enables the recovery of both processed products and organic solvents, and is purpose-built for handling organic solvents with low flash points, mild toxicity, or flammable/explosive properties.

Equipped with an innovative atomization system featuring a gasket-free, hard-contact mechanical structure that eliminates leakage. Unlike standard electric centrifugal nozzles, this system avoids wire corrosion, plastic sheath degradation, and subsequent short circuits caused by prolonged exposure of nozzle wires to superheated corrosive steam under positive pressure. It produces ultrafine powders ranging from 1-8 microns, ideal for battery material preparation.
