Manufactured in compliance with national standard GB/T266 Petroleum Products-Determination of Engler Viscosity and Shanghai enterprise standard Q/YXYY11 WNE-1 Engler Viscometer, this instrument measures the ratio of a liquid’s outflow time (in seconds) to that of distilled water at 20°C under specified temperature and volume conditions. This ratio corresponds to Engler viscosity, with the unit being Engler degree.
