Engineered in strict compliance with industrial standard SH/T 0165-92, Standard Test Method for Distillation Characteristics of Petroleum Products with High Boiling Point Range by Vacuum Process, this instrument is purpose-built to measure the distillation properties of wax oils, lubricating oils, and other high-boiling-point petroleum products.

1. A pressure sensor and digital meter replace the mercury U-tube for negative pressure detection, providing intuitive, hassle-free readings while eliminating the inconvenience of mercury refilling.
2. Composed of a high-precision pressure sensor and digital pressure gauge, the vacuum measurement and display system fully meets the requirements of the SH/T 0165-92 standard.
3. A vacuum pump constitutes the vacuum suction system, featuring fast decompression time and a maximum residual pressure of 2mm mercury column.
4. With a benchtop structure, the instrument offers continuously adjustable heating power and is equipped with a heating furnace cooling device for rapid furnace cooling after sample testing.
