2. The purpose-built LYO-CONTROL control system stores multiple process recipes and allows real-time process adjustments during lyophilization to enhance process optimization efficiency.

3. An optional high-performance LYO-MEGA host computer control system is available, capable of recording and storing operational data, curves, and alarm logs for up to 10 years to boost product traceability. It also facilitates easy monitoring, operation, and fault diagnosis.

4. A high-efficiency mixed refrigerant medium with a low freezing point and high boiling point ensures excellent heat exchange efficiency.

5. Specialized gas diversion design and control technology enable strong water vapor capture capacity and high drying efficiency.

6. An optimized drying curve control algorithm regulates product heating rate and vacuum levels throughout the lyophilization phase.

7. Vacuum levels are adjustable during operation to prevent foaming and splattering of special materials, thereby enhancing drying efficiency.

8. The shelves are manufactured using specialized techniques, offering superior pressure resistance, high flatness, and excellent temperature uniformity.

9. Flexible manual and automatic control modes are provided: manual mode for process development, and automatic mode for large-scale production runs.

10. Configurable user access levels and password protection support decentralized operational management.
