The GZLY-5 pharmaceutical freeze dryer is engineered for use in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. It accommodates freeze drying of both bulk materials (liquid, paste, solid) and vial-based formulations. For vial processing, materials are loaded into unsealed vials prior to freeze drying; post-drying, the integrated capping device seals vials to eliminate secondary contamination, prevent moisture reabsorption, and support long-term product storage.
