Designed specifically for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, the GZLY-1 pharmaceutical vacuum freeze dryer accommodates both bulk (liquid, paste, solid) materials and vial-contained substances. For vial-based processing, materials are placed in vials prior to the start of freeze-drying with lids left unsealed. Post-drying, an integrated capping device seals vial lids tightly, preventing secondary contamination, moisture reabsorption, and enabling long-term product storage.
