1. Photometric Measurement: Within the 190-1100nm range, users can select a custom single-point test wavelength and corresponding method to measure sample absorbance or transmittance. Direct sample concentration reading is enabled by inputting standard concentration values or concentration factors.

2. Quantitative Measurement: Determine the concentration of unknown sample solutions using pre-established calibration curves with known parameters, or automatically generate standard solution curves. It supports first-order zero-crossing, second-order, and third-order curve fitting, with optional single-wavelength calibration, dual-wavelength calibration, and three-point calibration methods. All standard curves are storable and retrievable.

3. Qualitative Measurements: Define a wavelength range and scan interval to perform interval-based absorbance, transmittance, reflectance, and energy measurements on solid or liquid samples. Additional spectrum processing functions include overlay, zoom, smoothing, filtering, peak/valley detection, saving, and printing.

4. Time-Based Measurement (Kinetic Measurement): At a set wavelength, the instrument scans samples at specified time intervals to record absorbance or transmittance changes. By inputting a concentration factor, absorbance values can be converted to concentration or reaction rate, supporting enzyme kinetic reaction rate calculations. Measured spectra can be processed via overlay, scaling, smoothing, filtering, peak/valley detection, and derivation.

5. DNA/Protein Measurement: Targeted absorbance measurements at 260nm/280nm/230nm/320nm enable calculation of DNA and protein concentrations and ratio values per built-in formulas.

6. Multi-Wavelength Measurement: Users can set multiple wavelength points (N wavelengths) to measure absorbance or transmittance of sample solutions, with the ability to test single-wavelength absorbance and transmittance values individually.

7. Instrument Calibration Measurement: Built-in calibration functions include wavelength maximum allowable error verification, transmittance maximum allowable error testing, and stray light measurement.

8. Auxiliary Functions: Track accumulated deuterium lamp and tungsten lamp runtime; independently control deuterium and tungsten lamp on/off status; select UV/visible light switching wavelength; choose operating language (Chinese, English); enable automatic wavelength calibration; and use Bluetooth connectivity.

9. Optional PC Reverse Control Software Package: Adds extended functions including quantitative measurement, qualitative measurement, time-based measurement, DNA/protein measurement, multi-wavelength measurement, 3D graphic analysis, and spectrum overlay analysis.
