1. Photometric Measurement: Within the 190-1100nm range, users can select the required single-point test wavelength and methodology to measure sample absorbance or transmittance. Direct sample concentration reading is enabled by inputting standard concentrations or concentration factors.

2. Quantitative Measurement: Determine the concentration of unknown sample solutions using pre-established standard curves or via automatic standard solution curve creation. Supports first-order zero-crossing, second-order, and third-order curve fitting, with optional single-wavelength calibration, dual-wavelength calibration, and three-point method. Standard curves can be stored and recalled as needed.

3. Qualitative Measurements: Define wavelength ranges and scan intervals to conduct interval-based measurements of absorbance, transmittance, reflectance, and energy for both solid and liquid samples. Post-measurement processing options include spectrum overlay, zooming, smoothing, filtering, peak-valley detection, saving, and printing.

4. Time (Kinetic) Measurement: Also referred to as kinetic analysis, this function scans samples at set time intervals to measure absorbance or transmittance at a specified wavelength point. Concentration factors can be input to convert absorbance readings into concentration values or reaction rates, supporting enzyme kinetic reaction rate calculations. Measured spectra can also undergo processing such as stacking, scaling, smoothing, filtering, peak-valley detection, and derivation.

5. DNA/Protein Measurement: Primarily measures absorbance at 260nm/280nm/230nm/320nm, with DNA and protein concentrations and ratios derived via built-in calculation formulas.

6. Multi-Wavelength Measurement: Configure multiple wavelength points (up to N wavelengths) to measure absorbance or transmittance of sample solutions; single-wavelength absorbance and transmittance testing is also supported.

7. Instrument Calibration Measurement: Built-in calibration functions include wavelength maximum allowable error verification, transmittance maximum allowable error testing, and stray light measurement.

8. Auxiliary Functions: Tracks accumulated lighting time for deuterium and tungsten lamps, supports independent on/off control for both lamps, offers selectable wavelength points for UV to visible light switching, provides multi-language operation (Chinese, English), enables automatic wavelength calibration, and includes Bluetooth connectivity.

9. Optional PC Reverse Control Software Package: Enables quantitative measurement, qualitative measurement, time-based measurement, DNA/protein measurement, multi-wavelength measurement, 3D graphical analysis, and spectrum overlay analysis.
