This mechanical rotational viscometer is engineered to measure the viscous resistance and dynamic viscosity of liquids within its specified range. It is extensively applied for viscosity testing in grease, paint, plastics, food, pharmaceutical, adhesive and other fluid sectors.

Equipped with four rotor types (1# to 4#) and four preset speed gears, this viscometer allows users to select the optimal rotor-speed combination based on liquid viscosity, meeting diverse measurement range requirements.
Integrated with a fixed control device (pointer control lever), it enables accurate and effortless reading even at higher rotational speeds.
Powered by a synchronous motor with stable rotational speed, it connects to the scale disc and drives rotor rotation through the gossamer and shaft.
Adopting a gear and clutch system for speed variation, it is operated via a dedicated rotary knob with four selectable speed gears, which can be chosen according to specific measurement needs.
