1L-5L Jacketed Glass Crystallization Filter Reactor with Vacuum Filtration for Pilot-Scale Production

As a widely used biochemical instrument, the crystallization filter reactor integrates the functionalities of a reactor and a filter. It is suitable for chemical reactions and physical processes involving solid-liquid systems (such as synthesis and catalysis) in both laboratory and industrial settings. This allows multiple procedures (e.g., filtration post-reaction) to be completed within the same vessel, minimizing material measurement deviations and reducing the number of reaction substrate transfers. It finds applications in pharmaceuticals, peptide synthesis, tobacco research, and other related fields.

All wetted components are inert, enabling compatibility with a broad range of chemicals and solvents. A suitable filter plate is used to separate solid particles from slurry, forming a filtered layer. The filtrate drains to the vessel bottom and can be collected via the bottom outlet valve. Filter cake can be easily removed from the bottom for PTFE filter cleaning.
