The refrigeration function of this high-low temperature circulator relies on a fully enclosed compressor for mechanical refrigeration, integrated with a plate heat exchanger, expansion valve, and pressure protector to fulfill cooling demands. For heating, an electric heating element is employed to warm the circulating fluid.
Via the built-in circulation pump and external piping, refrigerant or heat transfer medium is delivered to the jacket of compatible equipment, enabling indirect cooling and heating of materials inside the reactor. For external circulation, connect the upper outlet pipeline to the lower inlet of the reactor vessel; the circulating fluid then returns from the reactor’s upper circulation port to the system’s lower return port, creating a closed circulation loop.
This integrated high-low temperature circulator enables rapid switching between heating and cooling modes. A single heat transfer medium (high-low temperature silicone oil) is used for both functions, eliminating the need to replace media post-connection. This addresses the limitation of prior systems that required separate instruments for heating and cooling operations.
The entire liquid circulation loop of this high-low temperature circulator is hermetically sealed, with an attached expansion tank. The expansion tank is thermally insulated from the liquid circulation loop and is only mechanically connected, not part of the active circulation. Regardless of the circulation fluid’s temperature, the medium inside the expansion tank remains below 60°C, preventing water vapor absorption at low temperatures and oil mist generation at high temperatures.

9. Incorporates sensor fault protection, with error code E-04 displayed in case of sensor malfunctions.
Note:
1. When connecting the circulator to a reactor’s oil piping, the total length of the supply and return pipes must not exceed 4 meters (2 meters each). Exceeding this length may cause damage to the glass reactor vessel.
2. The temperature ramping rate of the circulator is influenced by ambient conditions, with an optimal maximum ambient temperature of 30℃.
3. For operating environments with humidity exceeding 50%, an explosion-proof model is required.
4. The circulator must be connected to the reactor’s oil circuit using a “low inlet, high outlet” configuration.
