description

The refrigeration system of this high and low temperature circulator utilizes a fully enclosed compressor for mechanical refrigeration, integrated with a plate heat exchanger, expansion valve, and pressure protector to meet cooling requirements. Heating is accomplished via an electric heating tube for circulating fluid temperature adjustment.

Through its built-in circulation pump and external piping, the refrigerant or heat transfer medium is delivered to the interlayer of supporting equipment, enabling indirect cooling and heating of materials within the reactor. For external circulation, connect the upper outlet pipeline to the kettle body’s lower inlet; the circulating fluid then returns from the kettle’s upper circulation port to the unit’s lower return port, forming a complete closed-loop circulation space.

Rapid switching between heating and cooling modes is supported using a single medium—high and low temperature silicone oil—eliminating the need for medium replacement. This addresses the limitation of relying on separate instruments for heating and cooling functions.

The unit’s entire liquid circulation loop is hermetically sealed, paired with an insulated expansion vessel that is mechanically linked but does not participate in circulation. Regardless of the loop’s operating temperature, the medium within the expansion vessel remains below 60°C, preventing water vapor absorption at low temperatures and oil mist emission at high temperatures.

1. Over-temperature limit protection prevents equipment malfunction; the unit automatically powers off when the maximum temperature threshold is exceeded, avoiding damage from excessive heat.

2. Multi-layer power supply protection covers three scenarios: ① phase loss, ② incorrect live wire connection, ③ overvoltage or undervoltage (displays error code E-01).

3. Compressor overheating protection activates when the compressor reaches its withstand limit, halting operation and displaying error code E-02.

4. Water cooling system includes water flow and low water pressure protection, with error code E-03 displayed when triggered.

5. Sensor protection is equipped to detect faults, displaying error code E-04.

6. Standard temperature control accuracy is ±1°C; an external sensor can be connected to achieve a differential temperature accuracy of ±0.5°C.

7. Equipped with a PLC computer module, the device supports computer connection for remote control, enabling multi-point continuous temperature control, segmented temperature control, and constant temperature maintenance. A single computer can manage multiple high and low temperature units, greatly enhancing operational convenience and efficiency.

8. A USB interface is provided with data download functionality, allowing users to save and store data from material tests or reactions to serve as reference for future experiments.

9. All compressors are imported from France and Denmark.

Note:

(1) When connecting the high and low temperature circulation device to the reactor’s oil pipe, the total length should not exceed 4 meters (2 meters for the supply pipe and 2 meters for the return pipe); exceeding this length may cause the reactor body’s glass to break.

(2) The temperature rise and fall rate of the device is affected by the surrounding environment, with an optimal ambient temperature range of up to 30℃.

(3) In environments with humidity levels exceeding 50%, an explosion-proof model should be selected.

(4) Both the high and low temperature circulation device and reactor must use the “low inlet, high outlet” configuration for oil circuit connections.
