For refrigeration, the high and low temperature circulator employs a fully enclosed compressor for mechanical cooling, integrated with a plate heat exchanger, expansion valve, and pressure protector to fulfill cooling demands. Electric heating tubes are utilized to heat the circulating fluid for the heating function.

Via its built-in circulation pump and external pipelines, the refrigerant or heat transfer medium is delivered to the interlayer of supporting equipment, enabling indirect heating and cooling of materials within the reactor. For external circulation, connect the upper outlet pipeline to the kettle body’s lower inlet; fluid then circulates back from the reactor’s upper port to the unit’s lower return port, forming a complete closed loop.

The high and low temperature circulation integrated machine enables rapid switching between heating and cooling modes. A single heat transfer medium—high and low temperature silicone oil—is used for both functions, eliminating the need for medium replacement post-connection. This addresses the inefficiency of relying on two separate devices for heating and cooling tasks.

The entire liquid circulation loop of the unit is fully sealed, with an insulated expansion vessel that is mechanically connected but does not participate in the circulation process. Regardless of the circulation fluid’s temperature (high or low), the medium within the expansion vessel remains below 60°C. This prevents water vapor absorption at low temperatures and oil mist emission at high temperatures.

4. Over-temperature limit protection prevents equipment malfunction: the unit automatically shuts off if temperatures exceed the set maximum, safeguarding against thermal damage to components.

5. Comprehensive power supply protection covers phase loss, incorrect live wire connection, and over/under voltage conditions, with error code E-01 displayed for such faults.

6. Compressor overheating protection activates when the unit reaches its thermal limit: the compressor stops operating, and error code E-O2 is displayed.

7. Water cooling systems feature water flow and low water pressure protection, with error code E-03 triggered for related issues.

8. Sensor fault protection is included, with error code E-04 displayed in the event of a sensor malfunction.

Note:

(1) The total length of oil pipes connecting the high and low temperature circulation device to the reactor must not exceed 4 meters (2 meters for the supply pipe and 2 meters for the return pipe). Exceeding this length risks cracking the reactor’s glass body.

(2) The unit’s temperature ramp-up and ramp-down rates are influenced by ambient conditions, with an optimal maximum ambient temperature of 30℃.

(3) For installations in high-humidity environments (humidity >50%), the explosion-proof model is recommended.

(4) The oil circuit connection between the unit and the reactor must follow the “low inlet, high outlet” configuration.
