Model: LGD-10SZ Series
Refrigeration is achieved via a fully hermetic compressor-based mechanical system, integrated with a plate heat exchanger, expansion valve, and pressure protector to meet rigorous cooling demands. For heating, an electric heating element warms the circulating medium efficiently.
A built-in circulation pump and external piping deliver refrigerant or heating medium to the jacket of paired equipment, enabling indirect temperature control of reactor contents. For external circulation, connect the unit’s upper outlet to the reactor’s lower inlet; the medium returns from the reactor’s upper port to the unit’s lower return inlet to form a closed loop.
Rapid switching between heating and cooling modes is supported, with a single compatible medium (high- and low-temperature silicone oil) used for both functions. Eliminating the need for medium changes, this unit replaces separate heating and cooling instruments to streamline operations.
The entire liquid circulation loop is fully sealed and includes an insulated expansion tank. Mechanically connected but not part of active circulation, the tank maintains internal medium temperature below 60°C regardless of system operating temperature, preventing water vapor absorption at low temperatures and oil mist emission at high temperatures.

Installation & Operational Notes:
• Reactor connection pipelines should not exceed a total length of 4 meters (2 meters for supply, 2 meters for return). Exceeding this length risks damage to the reactor’s glass components.
• Temperature ramp-up and ramp-down rates are influenced by ambient conditions, with optimal performance achieved when the environment stays below 30°C.
• For installations in high-humidity environments (humidity >50%), an explosion-proof model is required to ensure safe operation.
• All reactor oil circuit connections must follow the “low inlet, high outlet” configuration to ensure proper medium flow.
