Ideal for strain screening, this shaker-type multi-channel bioreactor features a shaker cabinet equipped with 1-6 0.5L-1.5L feed bottles, enabling controlled feeding, speed regulation, constant temperature maintenance, pH control, and more. Unlike standard shakers, it allows for pH range setting and control, and supports parallel comparative testing, anaerobic, and carbon dioxide cultivation. It automatically adjusts and controls pH variations across all six vessels—acid or alkali addition is executed via 12 peristaltic pumps—with parallel comparative tests feasible throughout the entire culture process, drastically reducing test cycles and boosting work efficiency.

Users can select culture tanks with working volumes of 0.5L, 0.6L, 0.7L, 1L, 1.5L and 2L, which are fully interchangeable. For aeration, the system can be optionally fitted with a mass flow meter and pure oxygen bypass to enhance dissolved oxygen (DO) functionality.
