Powered by airflow agitation, this airlift bioreactor system incorporates a purpose-built internal guide tube, a specialized ventilation distribution mechanism, rotameter and mass flow meter readouts, enabling gas flow rate adjustments tailored to specific process demands.

1. Equipped with a Siemens PLC control system and a vinyl LCD touch screen, the system displays all measured values and control parameters to streamline user operations. USB connectivity supports data transmission, tank data sampling and display, system data browsing and analysis, as well as access to configuration settings.
2. The controller supports monitoring of critical fermentation parameters including pH, DO, temperature, and speed, while all collected data and control parameters can be transmitted to the controller or a connected computer.
3. Each fermentation tank is outfitted with four peristaltic pumps positioned at the front, capable of delivering acid, alkali, antifoaming agent, and culture medium directly to the tank.
4. The system employs an off-site sterilization airlift agitation method, boasting a simplified structure and consistent, reliable operation.
5. With a compact structure, the system allows for seamless integration of all its components into a unified fermentation setup.
