Triple and quintuple conjoined glass bioreactors are laboratory-scale glass fermentation systems designed for intuitive operation and high performance, supporting diverse fermentation modes including batch, fed-batch, and animal cell culture applications. An integrated color touchscreen presents all real-time measured values and control parameters, streamlining user operation significantly. Each reactor vessel is outfitted with 4 peristaltic pumps positioned at the front, enabling precise delivery of acid, alkali, antifoam agent, and culture medium to the fermentation tank. Key fermentation parameters including pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), temperature, and agitation speed are real-time monitored via the controller, with all data and control settings transmissible to the controller or a connected computer. With a compact footprint, all system components are seamlessly integrated into the fermentation setup. Agitation is achieved via either top-driven direct-coupling mechanical stirring or bottom-driven magnetic indirect-coupling mechanical stirring, offering a simplified structure with stable, consistent operation.

2. Key fermentation parameters such as pH, DO, temperature and speed can be monitored by the controller, with all data and control parameters transmissible to the controller or a connected computer

3. Agitation is achieved via either top-driven direct-coupling mechanical stirring or bottom-driven magnetic indirect-coupling mechanical stirring, delivering a simplified structure and stable operation

4. All internal tank components are mounted on the tank lid, enabling effortless maintenance and cleaning; stepless speed regulation with automatic setting control ranges from 50-1200rpm±5rpm

5. Each tank is equipped with 4 peristaltic pumps at the front, facilitating precise delivery of acid, alkali, antifoam agent and culture medium to the fermentation tank

6. A rotameter is provided to display and adjust gas flow according to process requirements

7. The system supports data analysis, storage, and curve visualization, with data retention for multiple years; data can be exported via USB drive, and tank data can be sampled, displayed, while system data is accessible for browsing, analysis, and setting retrieval

8. Boasts a compact structure that integrates all components seamlessly into the fermentation system
