Equipped with a color touchscreen, this two-conjoined sterilization glass bioreactor displays all measured values and control parameters, significantly streamlining user operations. Eight peristaltic pumps are mounted on the front of the control cabinet to deliver acid, alkali, antifoaming agent, and culture medium to the fermenter. The controller monitors key fermentation parameters including pH, DO, temperature, and rotational speed, with all data and control settings transmissible to the controller or a connected computer. Boasting a compact design, all components are seamlessly integrated into the fermentation system. It supports either top-driven direct-coupling mechanical stirring or bottom-driven magnetic indirect-coupling mechanical stirring, featuring a simplified structure with stable operational performance.
