Vertical In-Situ Sterilized Glass Fermenter: Stirrable During Sterilization, 2L–20L Volumes

The LBR-XGJAV/XGCAV multifunctional glass bioreactor system features a color touchscreen interface that displays all measured values and control parameters, significantly streamlining user operations. Four peristaltic pumps are mounted on the front of the control cabinet to deliver acid, alkali, antifoam agent, and culture medium to the fermenter. Critical fermentation parameters including pH, DO, temperature, and agitation speed are monitored by the controller, with all data and control settings transmissible to the controller or a connected computer. The system boasts a compact, integrated structure, and offers two agitation configurations: top-driven direct-coupling mechanical stirring, or bottom-driven magnetic indirect-coupling mechanical stirring—both with a simplified design and stable operational performance.
