1. pH Detection & Control
Range of 2.00-12.00±0.05pH, with automatic regulation through acid and base addition. The bioreactor employs a Mettler (Switzerland) pH sensor and shielding lead, with automated control facilitated by a peristaltic pump.
2. DO Detection & Control
0-150±3% range with a display precision of 0.1%, utilizing a Mettler (Switzerland) sensor and shielding lead.
3. Temperature Detection & Control
Heated via a thermostatic water tank and circulated by a Grundfos (Denmark) circulating pump, with automatic control ranging from (cooling water +5℃) to 65℃±0.1℃. Equipped with a US-sourced temperature probe.
4. Stirring System
Top-mounted mechanical sealing system; high-power stirring paddle and antifoam paddle. AC motor with stepless speed variation; fermentation tank speed range: 70~1200rpm±1%. Stirring paddle height is also adjustable.
5. Antifoam Control
Foam levels detected via sensor, with antifoam agent added automatically by a peristaltic pump.
6. Feed Control
Material addition is managed using a Longer peristaltic pump.
7. Pressure Detection & Control
Pressure control is achieved via a pressure gauge, digital display and digital remote control functionality.
8. Air Intake Control
Manual adjustment via rotameter.
