Refrigeration is achieved via a hermetically sealed compressor-based mechanical system, integrated with plate heat exchangers, expansion valves, and pressure protectors to meet required cooling demands. For heating, electric heating tubes warm the circulating fluid, which is then delivered through external circulation pipes (powered by a built-in circulation pump) to the jacket of supporting equipment, enabling indirect temperature regulation of materials inside reactors.
During external circulation operations, connect the product’s upper outlet pipe to the reactor’s lower inlet pipe. The circulating fluid will then return from the reactor’s upper circulation port via piping to the product’s lower return port, establishing a closed, complete circulation loop.
Explosion-proof high and low temperature circulators support rapid switching between heating and cooling modes. A single medium—high and low temperature silicone oil—serves both functions, eliminating the need for medium replacement after system connection.
The entire liquid circulation system is fully sealed and equipped with an expansion vessel. Thermally insulated from the circulation loop, the expansion vessel is only mechanically connected and does not participate in fluid circulation. Regardless of the circulation loop’s temperature, the medium inside the expansion vessel remains below 60°C, preventing water vapor absorption at low temperatures and oil mist generation at high temperatures.

1. Standard temperature control accuracy is ±1°C; connecting an external sensor enhances this to a temperature difference accuracy of ±0.5°C for more precise regulation.
2. Equipped with a PLC computer module, the system supports remote control via computer, enabling multi-point continuous temperature control, segmented temperature control, and constant temperature operation. A single computer can manage multiple circulators, significantly improving operational convenience and efficiency.
3. A built-in USB interface enables data download functionality, allowing users to save and store data from tests or reactions for future reference and compliance purposes.
4. Over-temperature protection shuts down the equipment automatically if the maximum temperature limit is exceeded, preventing device damage from excessive heat.
5. Comprehensive power supply protection includes safeguards against phase loss, incorrect live wire connection, and over/under voltage conditions, which triggers error code E-01.
6. Compressor overheating protection activates when the compressor reaches its temperature tolerance limit, halting operation and displaying error code E-02.
7. Water-cooled models feature water flow and low water pressure protection, with error code E-03 displayed when anomalies are detected.
8. Sensor fault protection triggers error code E-04 in the event of sensor malfunctions, ensuring prompt detection of issues.
Note:
(1) When connecting the circulator to reactor oil pipes, the total length of supply and return pipes should not exceed 4 meters (2 meters each). Exceeding this length risks damage to the reactor’s glass body.
(2) The temperature ramp-up and ramp-down rates of the circulator are influenced by ambient conditions, with optimal performance achieved at ambient temperatures ≤30°C.
(3) In high-humidity southern regions (humidity>50%), the explosion-proof model is mandatory for safe operation.
(4) Both the circulator and reactor must follow the “low inlet, high outlet” principle for oil circuit connections to ensure proper circulation.
