1. Comprehensive Safety Protection System

Equipped with a high-strength double-locked security door, real-time temperature and pressure monitoring, automatic over-pressure and over-temperature adjustment, and abnormal sound monitoring, the device operates in a highly safe environment.

2. Contact-less Temperature and Pressure Monitoring System

An advanced contact-less IR sensor measures real-time temperature of sample solutions in each digestion vessel, while a contact-less pressure sensor monitors real-time pressure for every vessel. This design isolates the temperature and pressure control systems, eliminating sample cross-contamination. Real-time temperature and pressure values are displayed throughout the digestion process, enabling clear verification of digestion conditions.

3. Adjustable Microwave Power & Uniform Digestion

With optional variable frequency resonance or non-pulse continuous rotating mode, the system ensures high efficient and even microwave throughput. Power can be set between 0~3000W according to user’s requirements. A 360º continuous rotor with unidirectional rotation ensures even and complete digestion, reduces motor wear and tear, and greatly extends its service life.

4. Expansive Program Storage Capacity

The system allows users to edit and store 255 types of custom programs, each with configurable parameters (temperature, pressure, time, microwave power) to meet specific operational needs, facilitating convenient operation.

5. Special Designed Sample Digestion Vessel

Featuring a nationally patented automatic vent and self-resealing structure, digestion vessels automatically release pressure and reseal instantly when a sudden over-pressure situation occurs. This prevents waste of batch samples and solutions, while avoiding vessel damage.

6. Color 7 inches LCD Touch-Screen Interface

The color 7 inches LCD touch-screen displays real-time temperature and pressure, as well as working time and tendency curves for full process visibility.

7. Durable Vessel Materials

Sample digestion vessels are constructed from imported TFM, while outer protection vessels use imported PEEK and glass fiber to withstand high temperature, high pressure, and acid corrosion.
