LND-100F Overview: This full-wavelength ultra-micro ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer includes trace detection mode for nucleic acid analysis, micronucleic acid array testing, pure/labeled protein detection, protein quantification, microbial cell culture monitoring, and conventional full-wavelength scanning. Its cuvette mode supports nucleic acid, protein, and microbial cell culture measurements, plus kinetic detection. Additionally, a built-in fluorescence detection module enables high-accuracy nucleic acid quantification by measuring fluorescence intensity after fluorescent dye binds to target molecules, making it ideal for ultra-low-concentration samples that cannot be detected by standard photometers.
