Engineered for pharmaceutical, chemical and biopharmaceutical industries, the explosion-proof rotary evaporator supports concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery processes. Operating under vacuum, the rotating flask is heated at a constant speed, causing materials to form a large-area film on the flask wall for highly efficient evaporation. Solvent vapor is cooled by a high-performance glass condenser and collected in the receiving flask, significantly boosting evaporation efficiency. It is particularly suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products that are easily decomposed and denatured at high temperatures.

1. Comprehensive explosion-proof configuration: Explosion-proof electrical components, variable frequency speed control housed in an aluminum explosion-proof enclosure, control panel in an aluminum explosion-proof casing, and explosion-proof tubing for cable protection.

2. All material-contacting parts are made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene, ensuring stable performance and low chemical reactivity with processed materials.

3. High-performance sealing system combines polytetrafluoroethylene and fluororubber to maintain consistent high vacuum levels during operation.

4. Analog pointer vacuum pressure gauge provides real-time vacuum level monitoring for intuitive process visibility.

5. Integrated upright double-layer serpentine coil condenser ensures high solvent recovery rates.

6. Variable frequency speed regulation with explosion-proof switch; precise speed adjustment via knob, with digital display of rotation speed.

7. Constant temperature bath features digital temperature display, K-type sensor and stainless steel probe for fast, accurate temperature transmission.

8. Main support frame uses cold-rolled plate with anti-corrosion coating plus aluminum alloy components, offering strong anti-corrosion properties; the stainless steel bath pot delivers a compact, durable and aesthetically pleasing structure.

9. Bath pot height adjustment via handwheel for simple, ergonomic operation.

10. Piston feeding valve with PTFE-lengthened sleeve enables continuous feeding into the evaporation flask under vacuum, enhancing user convenience.
