Equipped with an electric constant-speed stirring system and a condensation-dripping system, the reactor’s jacket requires connection to external heating or cooling circulation units.
While agitating materials, the heating bath warms the reactor’s contents, enhancing evaporation efficiency under vacuum conditions.
Solvent vapor passes through the glass condensation coil, where it is cooled to liquid form; this liquid can either be recycled back into the reactor or collected via a recovery flask.
Building on the design of standard reactors, this lifting and rotating model allows the kettle lid and its upper components to be fully raised. Once the stirring rod clears the kettle body, the handwheel enables a 150° left rotation of the kettle for direct material discharge and easy cleaning.

Constructed with three layers of glass, the kettle body forms inner and outer jackets. The inner jacket connects to cold/hot circulating fluids, while the outer jacket is vacuum-sealed to preserve material temperature stability.
Fabricated from high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3), the reactor operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -80°C to 250°C, offering exceptional resistance to high temperatures, acids, alkalis, and corrosion.
The kettle lid and its upper components feature electric lifting capability. The kettle body can be rotated 150° to the left via handwheel, facilitating straightforward cleaning and manual operation.
Equipped with a glass + PTFE side discharge valve, the reactor enables residue-free liquid discharge and rapid solution recovery.
The kettle lid is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), delivering superior sealing performance along with strong corrosion, acid, and alkali resistance.
A low-speed booster motor with variable frequency speed control is integrated; fine-tuning is achieved via a knob, and the dual-display control box digitally shows stirring speed and internal material temperature for stable, intuitive operation.
The stirring system utilizes ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent stirring rod wear and chipping, providing high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and an excellent sealing effect.
Featuring a crescent-shaped stirring paddle with 304 stainless steel + PTFE blades, the system uses a 304 stainless steel stirring rod covered in PTFE tubing for high strength and exceptional corrosion resistance.
Adopts a PT100 temperature sensor made of 304 stainless steel, encased in a transparent PTFE tube for dual-layer corrosion protection.
A vacuum pressure gauge provides real-time vacuum level readings via a clear pointer display.
The main support frame is constructed from square steel with anti-corrosion coating, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance, oxidation protection, stability, aesthetic appeal, and long durability.
After connecting stainless steel hoses to the jacket’s inlet and outlet, they are fixed to the bracket before linking to external circulation pipes. This reduces liquid pressure at connections and prevents damage to the glass jacket’s circulation ports.
Brake-equipped Foma universal wheels are installed at the base, enabling easy whole-machine mobility and simple operation.
High-protection fuses are integrated for both the stirring and lifting systems to ensure operational safety.
