For precise reactor temperature regulation, the heating refrigerated circulating bath integrates refrigeration, heating, circulation and control systems; its cooling section uses a fully enclosed compressor with plate heat exchangers, expansion valves and pressure protectors to meet cooling demands.

The heating segment employs electric heating tubes to warm the circulating fluid. A built-in circulation pump and external circulation pipes then transfer the refrigerant or heat transfer medium to the jacket of supporting equipment, enabling indirect cooling and heating of materials inside reactors.
For external circulation operation, connect the product’s upper outlet pipe to the kettle body’s lower inlet pipe. The circulating fluid will then return to the product’s lower return port via the pipe from the kettle’s upper circulation port, forming a complete closed-loop system.

Temperature control accuracy is typically ±1°C, and an external sensor can be connected for a temperature difference accuracy of ±0.5°C.
Maximum temperature limit protection prevents equipment malfunction; the unit will automatically power off if its maximum operating temperature is exceeded.
Compressor overheating protection is included; the compressor will stop operating once it reaches its tolerance limit.
Power supply protection is integrated to safeguard against electrical faults.
Water-cooled configurations feature water flow and low water pressure protection.
