This heating cooling circulator, integrating refrigeration, heating, circulation and control systems, uses a fully hermetic compressor-driven mechanical refrigeration unit with plate heat exchangers, expansion valves and pressure protectors to meet cooling demands, while electric heating tubes handle fluid heating for indirect reactor material temperature regulation.

The heating module employs electric heating tubes to warm the circulating fluid. Through an integrated circulation pump and external circulation pipelines, the refrigerant or heat transfer medium is delivered to the jacket of supporting equipment, enabling indirect cooling and heating of materials within reactors.
For external circulation operation, connect the upper outlet pipe of the circulator to the lower inlet pipe of the reactor vessel. The circulating fluid will then flow back to the lower return port of the circulator via the pipe connected to the upper circulation port of the vessel, forming a complete closed circulation loop.

High-temperature limit protection prevents equipment malfunction; the unit automatically powers off if the set maximum temperature is exceeded.
Compressor overheat protection: the compressor will shut down automatically when it reaches its load limit.
