The LFD-50FS (silicone oil heating) freeze dryer incorporates patented in-situ lyophilization technology. It eliminates the cumbersome procedures of traditional drying processes, prevents material contamination, and automates drying and sublimation operations. This model also offers shelf heating and programmable functions to store freeze-drying curves, allowing users to monitor the lyophilization process in real time.

7. An intelligent data logging system records and displays real-time curves for cold trap temperature, sample temperature and vacuum level; exported data can be reviewed, printed and analyzed on computers to support process optimization and drying effect verification.

8. Patented gas guiding technology ensures uniform ice trapping in the cold trap, delivering powerful water-capturing capability.

9. Robust sensor calibration functionality guarantees accurate, long-term measurement reliability.

10. Flexible manual and automatic control modes are available: manual mode supports process development, while automatic mode facilitates batch production runs.

11. Vacuum levels can be adjusted during the drying process to prevent foaming and splattering of special materials, thereby improving drying efficiency.

12. The inflation (venting) valve adopts a safety diaphragm valve that can be connected to an inert gas source; filling with inert gas post-drying extends the shelf life of finished products.

13. Real-time alarm display and historical alarm query functions are provided to simplify fault diagnosis and equipment maintenance.

14. The drying chamber door is constructed from ACRYLIC material, offering excellent colorless transparency for visual monitoring of the lyophilization process.
