Vacuum freeze dryers are extensively utilized in medicine, pharmaceuticals, biological research, chemical processing, and food production sectors. The LFD-10FA (electric heating) freeze dryer features patented in-situ lyophilization technology. This innovative design eliminates the cumbersome manual operations associated with traditional drying processes, prevents material contamination, and automates the full drying and sublimation workflow. Equipped with shelf heating and programmable controls, the unit can store freeze-drying profiles and includes a USB data export function to facilitate real-time monitoring of material lyophilization processes.

5. Patented separator design combined with separator temperature fuzzy control technology minimizes shelf temperature variation, delivers high temperature control accuracy, and ensures uniform drying performance across all samples.

6. High-precision sensor calibration system guarantees accurate, long-term measurement consistency for all critical process parameters.

7. Intelligent data logging system records and displays real-time curves for cold trap temperature, sample temperature, and vacuum level. Exported data can be reviewed, printed, and analyzed via computer to support process optimization and drying effect validation.

8. Flexible dual control modes (manual + automatic) allow process development via manual operation and consistent batch production via automated control.

9. Real-time alarm display and historical alarm query functions facilitate rapid fault diagnosis and proactive equipment maintenance.

10. Configurable user access levels and password protection enable decentralized, secure operation management.

11. Drying chamber door constructed from ACRYLIC material provides crystal-clear, unobstructed visibility of the lyophilization process.

12. Inflation (venting) valve employs a safety diaphragm valve, which can be connected to an inert gas supply to fill the chamber with inert gas post-drying, extending material shelf life.

13. Specialized gas guiding technology ensures uniform ice deposition in the cold trap and delivers robust ice-capturing capacity.
