The new-generation LCP Series CO2 incubator is a high-performance unit manufactured using advanced technologies and materials, featuring efficient heating blocks and precise temperature control.

A. Rapid CO2 Concentration Recovery Rate

Frequent door openings are common during experiments, making infrared sensors the optimal choice. Imported infrared (IR) sensors offer real-time CO2 monitoring and remain unaffected by external temperature and humidity fluctuations. After a 30-second door opening, the incubator can revert to 37 °C in under 10 minutes and restore the set 5% CO2 concentration in less than 5 minutes. Even with repeated door access by multiple users, the chamber maintains stable, uniform CO2 levels. In contrast, thermal conductivity sensors are vulnerable to temperature and humidity changes, have longer response times, greater detection errors, and require frequent calibration after prolonged use.

B. UV Sterilization System

Mounted on the chamber’s back wall, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp performs periodic internal disinfection. It effectively eliminates airborne bacteria in circulating air and waterborne microbes in the humidification tray, thereby preventing contamination during cell culture.

C. High-Efficiency Microbial Filter

A high-efficiency microbial filter is installed at the CO2 inlet, providing 99.99% filtration efficiency for particles ≥0.3μm. This effectively removes bacteria and dust particles from incoming CO2 gas.

D. Door Temperature Heating System

The CO2 incubator door features an inner glass heating system that prevents condensation on the glass surface, avoiding microbial contamination caused by condensed water drips.

1. Equipped with a microcomputer temperature controller featuring a timing function, this incubator boasts minimal temperature fluctuation.

2. The inner chamber is constructed with mirror-finished stainless steel or formed via wire-drawing argon arc welding, with rounded inner corners for effortless cleaning.

3. The chamber is equipped with an ultraviolet germicidal lamp to periodically disinfect its interior, effectively preventing cell contamination during cultivation.

4. A specialized pressure-reducing valve for CO2 delivery is pre-installed within the unit.

5. Models in the “IN” line are fitted with imported infrared carbon dioxide sensors.
