features
1. Integrated core procedures including photometric testing, quantitative and qualitative analysis, time-based measurements, DNA/protein quantification, multi-wavelength testing, and GLP-specific protocols.
2. Equipped with a 4.3-inch color touchscreen and parallel keyboard input mode for intuitive, hassle-free operation.
3. User-friendly navigation menu design streamlines testing workflows for enhanced usability.
4. Supports flexible data export via USB flash drive and direct USB connection to external computers.
5. A range of optional accessories are available: 5-10cm optical path cuvette holder, automatic sample holder, peristaltic pump autosampler, water thermostatic sample holder, Peltier thermostat sample holder and more.
Function:
1. Auxiliary Functions: Tracks cumulative operating time of deuterium and tungsten lamps; supports independent on/off control for xenon and tungsten lamps, selectable wavelength points for UV-visible light switching, multi-language operation (Chinese/English), and automatic wavelength calibration.
2. Photometric Measurement: Within the 190-1100 nm range, select a single-point test wavelength and method to determine sample absorbance or transmittance. Direct concentration reading is enabled by inputting standard concentrations or concentration factors.
3. Quantitative Measurement: Determine unknown sample concentrations using pre-established parameter factor curves or automatically generated standard solution curves. Optional curve fitting models include first-order, first-order zero-crossing, second-order, third-order, with correction methods such as single-wavelength, dual-wavelength, and three-point calibration. Standard curves can be stored and recalled for future use.
4. Qualitative Measurement: Set a wavelength range and scan interval to measure absorbance, transmittance, reflectance, and energy of solid or liquid samples at defined intervals. Measured spectra can be scaled, smoothed, filtered, peak-valley detected, saved, or printed as required.
5. Time-Based Measurement (Dynamic Measurement): Scan samples at a set wavelength to record absorbance or transmittance over a specified time period. Inputting concentration factors allows conversion of absorbance to concentration or reaction rate, enabling enzyme kinetic reaction rate calculations. Multiple spectrum processing options are available, including scaling, smoothing, filtering, peak-valley detection, and derivation.
6. DNA/Protein Measurement: Measure absorbance at 260 nm/280 nm/230 nm/320 nm wavelengths to calculate DNA and protein concentrations and ratios using built-in formulas.
7. Multi-Wavelength Measurement: Configure up to 30 wavelength points to simultaneously measure absorbance or transmittance of sample solutions.
