Inject thermostated (high or low temperature) heating fluid or coolant into the double-layer reactor jacket to heat or cool the reactor contents at a constant temperature, while delivering uniform stirring. Materials undergo reactions within the kettle, with precise control over evaporation and reflux processes. The kettle lid and stirring system can be lifted as a unit, and the kettle body rotates 150 degrees to allow direct pouring of viscous materials for easy cleaning. Liquid materials can also be discharged via the bottom outlet, ensuring effortless operation. This is ideal equipment for modern chemical sampling, petrochemical testing, experimental trials, biopharmaceutical production and new material development.

1. The reactor body is constructed from borosilicate glass (GG-17), boasting excellent physicochemical properties and full transparency for clear visibility of internal processes.
2. Equipped with PTFE components and mechanical seals featuring proprietary technology, the reactor delivers superior vacuum performance and an extended service life.
3. The stainless steel stir bar is coated with PTFE, suitable for stirring a wide range of solvents without causing contamination or corrosion.
4. Both the stirring motor and lifting motor are low-speed booster motors, ensuring stable operation, high torque, spark-free performance and a long lifespan.
5. This reactor features a speed and temperature dual digital display governor. Rotational speed can be adjusted via a control knob for intuitive operation, and a PT100 temperature probe inside the kettle enables real-time monitoring of material temperature.
6. With an integrated vacuum display function, it allows users to select the optimal working vacuum level for high-boiling-point materials.
7. The main frame is composed of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, offering an attractive appearance, robust structure and excellent corrosion resistance.
8. The compact, well-designed structure includes brake-equipped universal wheels, enabling full unit mobility and easy operation.
9. A dead-angle-free angled glass discharge valve minimizes stirring blind spots and facilitates convenient material feeding.
