High-speed centrifugation employs centrifugal force to separate particles from solutions. 1. Equipped with an independent servo motor for the door cover, this centrifuge features automatic electric induction door locking and an emergency unlock function. It offers comprehensive protection including overspeed, overtemperature, and imbalance safeguards, automatic shutdown for abnormalities, and error code display. Constructed with a high-quality steel structure and built-in steel explosion-proof shield, it provides three layers of protection for enhanced safety and reliability.
2. It adopts an imported fluorine-free compressor unit with dual-cycle refrigeration, boasting strong heat and cold exchange capacity, zero environmental pollution, and precise temperature control. Even at maximum speed, sample temperatures are consistently maintained at -4 °C or lower.
3. A brushless variable-frequency motor ensures maintenance-free operation, high torque output, and rapid acceleration.
4. All operations are precisely controlled via a microcomputer processor, with digital display of parameters such as speed, temperature, and time. Button programming allows for parameter adjustments during operation, with seamless switching between operating parameters and RCF values.
5. The unit can store and recall 10 sets of programs, automatically memorizes the last running program, and offers 10 acceleration rate options.
6. Our proprietary spring taper sleeve connects the rotor to the main shaft, enabling quick, simple, non-directional rotor loading and unloading for safe, reliable, and user-friendly operation.
7. A wide range of rotors are available, and custom adapters can be designed per testing requirements, making the unit a versatile multi-purpose machine.
8. Three-stage damping ensures optimal centrifugal performance.
9. This instrument utilizes a dual-core processor to achieve compatibility with both high and low speeds, as well as various sizes and capacities. It is developed specifically to meet the practical demands of international biological research.
