This horizontal pressure sterilizer employs a gravity displacement method to purge cold air from the inner chamber, minimizing cold air content in the chamber steam for more dependable sterilization. Throughout the sterilization cycle, the control system automatically regulates steam input based on real-time inner chamber temperature. It is suitable for use in hospital supply rooms, operating rooms, pharmaceutical factories and research institute laboratories, for sterilizing medical and experimental textiles, surgical instruments and utensils.

6. Safety interlocking mechanism: steam cannot enter the chamber if the door is not properly closed; overcurrent protection activates automatic power cut-off during electrical overload.
7. Pressure-activated door interlock with alarm: door cannot be opened when the sterilization chamber pressure exceeds 0.027 MPa.
8. Independent overcurrent protection: power supply is automatically cut off in case of electrical overload to safeguard internal components.
